The Very Low Iron Metal Separator (R-INOX) has a drum of high remanence with highly powerful magnets that can separate iron metal from light iron metal (similar to stainless steel) and from the inert.
A coil rolled over a magnetic pole, with a passing electric current, provokes a magnetic field. An iron material that crosses this magnetic field will be attracted to the coil and automatically separated from the rest of the materials, thanks to the plugs of the evacuation band. The Electromagnetic Overband (R-SKM) can be installed either transversally or longitudinally.
The magnetic field is produced by the joining of highly powerful magnets. An iron material that crosses this magnetic field will be attracted to the magnets and separated from the rest of the materials, driven by the pulling band. The Permanent Magnetic Overbelt (R-OMP) can be installed either transversally or longitudinally.
The Permanent Magnetic (R-TMP) or Electromagnetic (R-TME) Drum is a cylinder with transversal blades. The magnetic field is fixed, partially occupies the surface and its position can be regulated. The operation is simple: attracted iron material is pulled by the blades and separated from the non-iron materials, until it reaches the non-magnetic area, where it becomes detached and falls.
The Magnetic Roller (R-RM) consists of a cylinder where the whole surface is magnetized. It is usually used as a roller at the end of the belt.
The Permanent Magnetic (R-BMP) or Electromagnetic (R-BME) Block attracts the ferrous metals, but unlike the overband, there is no automatic extraction system. The cleaning is manual.
In a Rectangular Pipe (R-TMR), in an “S” shape, several sheets of high intensity magnets are used in order to get the entire flow of material circulating under the influence of the magnetic field. The ferrous metals are manually trapped and separated. In the Circular Pipe (R-TMC), the magnetic assembly is in the centre of the pipe.

Metal Separator by Inductive Detection and Blowing (R-SIM) allows to separate metals from other materials.
A metal tape on acceleration is detected. After processing the information at high speed, a complex pneumatic system performs blown metal, changing its trajectory and separating it from the natural movement of other materials.
