Return CHANNELED TABLE FOR BRICKS AND CANS
Strong equipment made with a structure that supports of a collection of
channeled plates. These channeled plates describe a curved movement similar to a inclined
letter J.
The materials to be processed, are mainly cans and bricks. They are discharged on the Channeled Table, slipping over channeled plates. The curved movement made by the channeled plates permits the cans to be captured.
By other hand, the bricks do not introduce in the channeled plates, and slipping over the channeled plates and running outside the Channeled Table.
There are three differents areas: One input for bricks and cans; other output for bricks and another output for cans.
By means frequency inverter with latest IGBT it is possible to adjust the channeled plates speed in function to the requirements.
With the Channeled Table is possible to obtain a high capacity process with high eficiency separation.
