Soft Star AC - You'll can suppress the Delta-Start conection and obtain a very important reduction of start motor current. Start, stop and current limit control permit the ac motor works very softly. Eddy Current Variable Speed Drives AC - The variable speed drives stronger and reliable of the market. Electromagnetic Conveyor- Ferrous plates transport device suspended by means an adjustable electromagnetic field. Avoid that band brokens and stripes on the plates. Many stations for plates discharge; so it is possible to continue working without stopping the production line. Perfect and lineal displacement of the plates during the conveyance. Capacities availables from 1 mm. to 12 mm. thick of plates.

Magnetic Columns - By means a permanent magnets in a studied configuration it is posible the physical separation of the peeled ferrous plates. In this manner they are ready to be taken for the feed system and go in to the next processing step. Ideal for stamp plates lines.

Eddy Current Magnetic Separator - Conveyor with built-in exit drum, which is made with permanent magnets assembly. Its studied configuration obtains an important Eddy currents into the non ferrous metals and to obtain their separation: aluminium, copper, zinc, etc. Automatically and continuos separation is made and the non ferrous metals are throwed to long distance. Indispensable for Wastes  recycling, Transfer Plants, Plastic recycling, Glass recycling, etc. Up to 1.500 mm. width conveyor. Large capacities are availables.

Magnetic Separator for Metals - Conveyor with built-in exit drum, which is made with magnets to obtain the ferrous metals attraction. Magnet Columns and Magnet Plates - For separation of all ferrous parts which are contained in a flow of material of little sizes. The configuration of these devices provoke that the material travels between the columns and over the plates. So it obtains a good separation. Easy cleaner.

Overbands - To assembly over conveyor and magnetically obtain the metal ferrous separation. It is made with a permanent magnets assembly with studied distribuition, to obtain an important magnetic field. These important field can attract the ferrous metals and lift them from the main flux. By means a transversal bonds built-in the belt, the ferrous metals are thrown out of the conveyor. Large depth field are availables.

Channeled table for bricks and cans - Specially designed for Waste Treatment, it permits to obtain, from one input of non-ferrous metals (bricks and cans) two outputs: one with cans and the second with bricks. An important capacity process and a high eficiency, make the Channeled Table an indispensable and complementary equipment for all Waste Treatment Plants.
